• Check in Time is 1400 hrs Check out Time is 1200 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability on an extra charge.
• All guests must have a valid photo I.D. to be submitted at the time of check-in. The following documents only are considered valid I.D. proofs — Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card & Aadhaar Card.
• The manager requires a refundable security deposit of Rs. 20000 paid at the time of check-in. This can be done via Paytm or Cash on arrival which will be refunded at the time of check out provided there is no damage to the property and all extra bills are settled. If the deposit is done through cheque or credit card then the same will be refunded within 10-15 days.
• Please observe and report any damage to the property or installations to the manager within 60 minutes of checking in. There will be a complete check of the villa as per 'List of Installations' upon checkout and deductions for any damages will be made from the security deposit.
• Wine & Beer: Guests are requested to carry their own tipple. Mixers like soft drinks, etc can be arranged at an extra fee.
• Towels are provided to each guest on arrival and are changed every 3 days. We request you not to take the white towel to the pool or the beach.
• Bed linen will be changed after 3 days. In case linen is required to be changed before this period due to any reason, additional charges will be applicable.
• Guests are requested not to assign any additional duties to the housekeeping staff who are under instruction from the villa manager not to accede to any direct requests. Please speak to the villa manager for any services.
• Use of the swimming pool is at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest(s). No diving please, No life guard on duty.
• Children at the pool must be supervised by an adult, at all times, No life guard on duty.
• In accordance to local Goan Law, we request guests to keep the music levels to a moderate level after 10pm.
• Drying of clothes is to be done in designated areas only. Please ask the villa attendant where the clothes can be hung to dry. The use of balconies or furniture inside the villa for drying laundry is not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas inside the villas. Smoking areas are limited to balconies, terraces and private gardens of the villas.
• Non-Residents are not allowed into the villa without the written permission by management. Even when permission is obtained the non resident guests can stay till 10:00 pm only. Any stay beyond 10:00 pm will be considered as overnight stay.
• Only those guests that are registered at the villa may stay overnight at the villa. In case any unregistered person stays overnight a charge equal to twice the extra person charge will be automatically levied on the occupants of the villa.
• Daily housekeeping service is available between 9:00 am – 5:30pm.The actual service times will vary from villa to villa.
• Mosquitoes love Goa! Guests are advised to carry their favorite anti-mosquito lotions.
• For disposal of non-biodegradable hygiene product waste like diapers, etc. kindly place them in a plastic bag and leave beside the dustbin.
• Only one vehicle per villa can be parked inside the complex. For additional vehicles the designated parking at the main gate is to be used. Visitors’ vehicles are not permitted inside the complex.
• Arms and ammunition are not allowed within the guest house premises.
• We have a strict no drugs policy. Please do not carry any illegal drugs with you. The staff has been instructed to report to the police on suspicion of any illegal activity.
• Pets are not allowed in the complex.
• We assume no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings. An electronic safe has been provided in each guest room to safeguard your valuables.
• The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from use of any of the villa facilities or for accidents occurring in the villa premises.
• Any kind of unruly behavior is not tolerated and the guest will be evicted if found so, without being entitled for any refund or damages.

We request you to honor the house rules. Any guest found violating the above rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of the entire booking without refunds, and settlement of the full and final bill. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any violations.
